1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlowerSandbox ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Subscription Service

  • Zen Monthly Pass: $1.00/month.
  • Automatic Renewal: Billing recurrences renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings.

2.2 Donations

  • One-time Support: Optional one-time donations are accepted.
  • Suggested Amount: The suggested donation amount is $4.20.
  • Refunds: All support donations are non-refundable.

3. User Rights and Restrictions

3.1 Permitted Use

  • The App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Limited to a single user per active account connection.
  • All Apple App Store standard terms and conditions apply.

3.2 Restrictions

  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying of the App binaries.
  • No unauthorized distribution, copying, or mirroring of the layout mechanics or assets.
  • No utilization of the services for harmful or illegal activities.

4. Payment Terms

  • All billing transactions and financial collections are processed securely via Apple App Store.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may vary based on local regional taxes.
  • No refunds are provided except as explicitly required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The FlowerSandbox application, software, visual styling, logo design, and underlying code are protected by copyright.
  • Users retain ownership rights to garden layouts designed inside their personal sandbox instance.
  • You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use app features.

6. Account Terms

  • Accurate registration details are required for account recovery and database sync.
  • Maintaining account credentials and authentication security is the user's sole responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these terms.

7. Disclaimers

FlowerSandbox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fee amount paid by the user.
  • We are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages.
  • Force majeure provisions shield the service from unexpected connectivity dropouts.

9. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, adjust pricing with prior notice, and update these Terms of Service. Continual use after updates indicates agreement to the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for terms violations, extended inactivity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
  • Disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
  • Arbitration clauses apply to eligible consumer disputes.
